The equipment adopts belt + cylinder correction conveying method, automatically places EVA and backsheet, changing time ≤ 3 minutes/roll (with automatic deviation correction), different size version switching time < 10 minutes, supports automatic punching (1~3 holes) and non-stop roll change. The life of the hob is ≥ 6 months. The equipment has grounding and anti-static functions. EVA can be continuously produced without tails and hot-melt docking to ensure that EVA/backsheet is laid flat and wrinkle-free. It adopts pneumatic feeding and flat laying and receiving, the air expansion shaft is fixed, the mechanism height is adjustable, and the operation is flexible and efficient.
